There is another ssp - Galanthus ikariae, but that has outer green markings that extend upwards beyond half way. Common Snowdrop instead has a chevron that has a curve at the bottom, Green Snowdrop - as here - has a chevron that is flattened at teh bottom, sometimes simply two green spots.
